  Lack of maintenance checks by the property manager has resulted in a unit with serious mold issues and a cockroach infestation. This can be a 5 star unit with an attentive property manager. Waiting 3 days for a response to the washing machine flooding the kitchen is unacceptable. Waiting 3 weeks for pest control of cockroaches, also unacceptable. Received a refund and left early. Not a good vacation.

  We totally enjoyed this room and all aspects of our stay in Honolulu...this is a great location, away from the hectic mob of Waikiki. Kaimana Beach out the door, plus, within three blocks, Kapiolani Park, Micheles (fine dining beachside) Hau Terrace, Otani Hotel, and private clubs, the Elks and Outrigger Canoe...plus, the 20 minute walk aling the beach takes you to Waikiki and tourist watching...

  Wonderful condo in the Colony Surf. Newly renovated and very well done. Lots of room with a great view of the ocean and Diamond Head. We selected this condo partly based on the availability of a full size walk-in shower and it was well worth it. The appliances are new and first rate. Excellent latest large TV and good WiFi for computer/phone connectivity. Two double-size beds were comfortable, but would have preferred at least Queen-size. Overall, highly recommend this condo for your vacation stay on the Gold Coast. Sotheby's agent, Donita Stephenson, was wonderful in accommodating our special desires.
